1. Can I order by phone?
Yes, absolutely!
2. If I'm mailing my payment how much will my order be? Is there a way for me to determine this myself, without having to ask you?
If you will be mailing your payment in to us you'll need to know how much the order total is, and you'll need to let us know which products you wish to order. Creating a mail-in form is simple using our shopping cart. Go ahead and add to your shopping cart all the items that you wish to purchase . When you've selected everything you want, click on the button "Go to Checkout Now". The shopping cart system will ask how you wish to order. You'll see several choices, including "Order by Check/MO through Postal Mail." Click this option and the shopping cart will create a printable order form with proper order and shipping totals. Fill in your information, print the form and mail your payment. It's simple!
If you have trouble using the shopping cart or just don't like using it, you can always go to our old order form which contains a list of all our products. While this form won't automatically total your orders, it will provide you with a simple, printable order form that you can fill out, calculate your own totals and mail to us.
3. Once I place my order how long will it be until you ship? And how long until I receive it?
Credit card orders placed online, by phone or by fax are typically shipped the same day we receive them. However, we do ask that you allow up to 48 hours for us to ship your order once we receive it, assuming the items you ordered are in stock. Orders placed after 12 PM on Fridays are generally shipped the following Monday.
Out of stock items are usually shipped the same day we get the items back in stock.
4. How much are the shipping charges?
For shipping outside the U.S., please see our International Shipping Information page.
Shipping for all orders in the U.S. and Canada is only $4.95, no matter how many items you order.
Computing shipping charges within the U.S. and Canada is simple. Unless you ask for Express Mail delivery, all orders are sent by U.S. First Class/Priority Mail (air mail to Canada). First Class/Priority Mail normally takes three to five business days for delivery, but is not guaranteed by the Postal Service.
Shipping costs for First Class/Priority Mail are as follows:
$4.95 (US) for your entire order
If you want Express Mail delivery, add $14.05 to the above charges (total of $19.00 for Express Mail). Some heavier items may require additional charges for Express delivery
